We start with the perfect blend of Sweet, Savory, and Spice (heat) to give you what we consider to be the Ultimate Zesty Rub! Remember to cook your meat low and slow, sugar will start to burn when cooked at high temperatures

Rubs are a great way to add flavor to meat and almost always contain salt. Salt not only amps up flavor but also helps form a crust. You can put a rub right on the bare meat or, you can help it stick by lightly coating the meat with olive oil, mustard, or ketchup.
